“Our projected being in Ümraniye-Çekmeköy area is consisted of 6 standard apartment building and 1 high rise residence block and contains 239 separate flats. The flats are between 89m2- and 115 m2 area and are designed as 1+1, 1+2, 1+3, 1+4 and flats with garden variety. Additionally, the project contains 1 Gym,1 Play Hall, 1 semi-Olympic swimming pool and 1 recreational facility.

In our Project which is consisted of 52 thousand square meters construction area we have used state of the art material and equipment. Furthermore, the project embodies a large green area with a children playground, tennis and basketball playgrounds and a pet promenade area.”
