Mom Yapi Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. was founded in order to accomplish the activities in the fields of construction and real estate more rationally and extensively and investment opportunities have been started to follow by speeding up these activities as from 2008.

As a result of the most of available buildings needed to be restored in construction sector being the third biggest sector of Turkey, due to the needs of the young population, new houses and new offices, Turkey has been accepted as a country that the market has not satisfied yet. As the real estate is a quite attractive investment field, the projects developed in close markets with the overseas expansion of the Turkish constructors, it has been admitted as a warranty that market boosting and growth in the construction sector will keep on shining for Turkey in medium and long terms.

Avrupa Holding performing a jump-start in construction sector, following the first quarter of 2010, by carrying out a 239 residence project named as “Glow3” in Umraniye – Dudullu, one of the recent favorite places of housing market, has said “Hello” to its first project in the sector. The Holding being desired  to utilize both available real estate portfolio and the market opportunities in this field, subsequent to “Glow3” project, another project that its land owned by them has been completed in June 2012 and the life has started by being delivered to the owners.
